Terms of Service

BackRow is a tablet kiosk platform for rideshare drivers. It lets passengers queue Spotify music, play in-ride games, and tip drivers directly.

To use BackRow, you agree that you will:

• Maintain a Spotify Premium account for music playback.
• Maintain a valid Stripe account to receive tips and payouts.
• Comply with your rideshare platform's policies regarding in-vehicle devices and displays.

BackRow offers two plans:

• Free tier — BackRow retains a 10% platform fee on each tip processed.
• Pro tier — 0% platform fee, for $24.99 per month.

Passengers always cover card-processing fees; those are never deducted from you.

You may not use BackRow to:

• Engage in any illegal activity.
• Misuse, collect, or attempt to identify passenger data.
• Circumvent or interfere with Stripe payment processing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice where the violation warrants it. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

BackRow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Lyft, or Spotify. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
